Continuing education has been a constant throughout her career, taking her to New York, Philadelphia, Washington DC, and Virginia to stay sharp on the latest trends and techniques. The result is a stylist who is as comfortable with a classic, timeless cut as she is with what’s current.
As a mom of three boys, Susan has a particular appreciation for styles that actually work in real life — easy, low-maintenance looks that make you feel great without demanding too much of your morning. She’s a natural listener, and guests consistently describe her as someone who truly hears what they’re asking for.
