Darcy’s relationship with Aveda began the moment she graduated cosmetology school in 2001 — and it’s shaped everything she’s built since.

Over the past two decades, that commitment to education has taken her across the country and around the world: to New York, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Boston, London, Vancouver, and Minneapolis alongside Aveda, and to Chicago’s Vidal Sassoon Academy to sharpen the precision cutting skills she’s known for. She’s even brought that knowledge full circle, serving as a teaching assistant at the Aveda Advanced Academy in Denver.

In 2011, Darcy opened Salon Enso with a clear vision — a salon that doesn’t just use Aveda products, but genuinely lives the Aveda mission. Every detail of the environment she’s created reflects that intention. She’s a graduate of the Assets Lancaster business program and partners with the local SCORE chapter to continuously strengthen both her business and guest experience — because she believes excellence behind the chair and excellence in how you treat people go hand in hand.

Her work and her salon have been featured in local publications, but what she’s most proud of is the team and community she’s grown here.
